To avoid your body from suffering any cramps the diet of yours must contain enough calcium and potassium. These provide the necessary electrolytes in the body. The body needs a balanced electrolyte concentration in the body. Even dehydration may lead to muscle so enough water all over the day will help you avoid dehydration and obviously muscle cramp.
