The first thing is that we can try out is by taking in a diet which is rich in vitamin A. it should contain eggs, milk, fish and also vegetables like papaya. The Vitamin A makes your eyes brighter. The next thing you can do is to relax your eye muscles this can be done by two ways. Firstly we can apply cucumber or by place sliced potatoes over the closed eye lids. These have high water content and help in cooling of the eyes. Secondly we can soak a piece of cotton in slight warm milk and place it on the closed eyes. This can be done for relaxing the eyes.
You can also suffer from eye twitches or blurry vision. At that time you can apply curd on the scalp and relax. Another most important thing is to splash loads of water on your eyes all through the day. All these processes can keep your eyes healthy and bright. So keep staring.
